For the first reason: (add powder and powder box to clear) Note: If you determine that there is powder in the powder box, go directly to step 2:

Step 1. In the off state, open the front cover, take out the toner cartridge, separate the drum frame and the toner cartridge, and on the right side of the toner cartridge, there is a lid of the powder bin. Use a needle-nosed pliers to open the lid and pour out the waste powder inside, and pour the matching powder into the powder bin to close the lid. Adding the powder is successful;

Step 2. There is a clip on the left side of the toner cartridge. Remove the three screws on the left side of the toner cartridge, rotate the clip to the other side, and restore the screw on the left side of the toner cartridge. The toner cartridge is cleared even if it is successful.

For the second reason: (the drum stand is cleared, the drum stand is replaced.)

Step 1: In the power on state, open the front cover and press „Clear/Return ‟ button (associated with: Option), the screen displays “Replace the toner cartridge? ▲ Yes ▼ No”, after pressing ▲ (corresponding to the + key) on the panel, the screen prompts “Accepted”, and the front cover machine is warmed up and then enters the ready state. At this time, the drum stand is cleared successfully.

Step 2: If the message “Drum Error...” is still displayed on the screen at this time, it is recommended to replace the toner cartridge and repeat the “Step 1” operation. The problem can be solved.
